I am a professional, certified Holistic Life, Career and Executive Coach from the accredited Goal Imagery Institute. Because I believe lasting success is gained and sustained only through achieving balance, I have deliberately chosen holistic life coaching as my expertise. Holistic Life Coaching is a powerful form of life coaching that examines and strengthens the unique parts of a person's life - body, mind, and spirit - in relation to the whole person. Through this holistic approach, I can help you access your full potential and make transformational changes.

I graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Master's Degree in English from San Jose State University. I also received my K-8 and secondary school (K-12) California Teaching Credential and training from Santa Clara University. I was accepted into the prestigious, # 2 ranked Graduate Counseling and Psychology program at the University of San Francisco.

As an elementary school teacher in Millbrae California. I have worked in the classroom with children and youths of all ages and cultural backgrounds. It is common for many of these students to have unique needs and challenges as for example, students with ADD which brings me to Life Coaching. The teaching experience is so much more than just teaching academics. In a sense, I have been "coaching" parents how to be more effective and confident in dealing with their children's developmental behavior for the last 20 years! As such, my teaching, along with my formal training in Life Coaching, has paved the way for me to continue to teach but this time with adults, particularly those who wish to bring about greater harmony at home in the relationships with their children and partner.
